When upgrading MAJOR versions, ie: version 1.00 to 2.00 please refer to the information below.

Minor updates (version 1.x to 1.y) can be downloaded when available unless specified otherwise, please inquire before updating or refer to revision history page for each product for more information.

• WinCDG-Pro 1.xx users are entitled to USD$15 off the regular price of WinCDG-Pro 2.
• WinCDG 1.xx users are entitled to USD$5 off the regular price of WinCDG-Pro 2.

• WinCDG-Pro 2.xx users can upgrade to Mimic Audition for USD$100

• WinCDG-Pro 2.xx users can upgrade to Mimic Audition 2 for USD$160
• Mimic Audition 1.xx users can upgrade to Mimic Audition 2 for USD$100

• Mimic Audition 2.x users (purchased before December 15, 2003) can upgrade to Swift Elite 1.0 for USD$75

• There are no upgrades available - revision updates can be obtained by downloading latest version, MUST be using USB License Key version 2.x.

• Customers using the USB License Key with version 2.x please contact us for upgrade information.

• Users of Swift Elite 3 can upgrade for $75 (upgrade is done over the phone). Please contact support via email first.

• Upgrade pricing is the difference plus $25 USD unless otherwise noted.

To upgrade please supply your name, customer number, original order information, and new player code (if applicable), in an e-mail to TriceraSoft support at: supportagents@tricerasoft.com. Once we verify the information you will be sent the upgrade link.
