Have you looked at the included manual within Swift Elite 4.0, click on the Help Guide button or load the manual through Start/All Programs/TriceraSoft, Swift Elite Guide.
- Visual Tutorials
If you are looking for quick training rather than support, be sure to run the visual tutorials on the disc. Insert the disc and select the Visual Tutorials menu item, follow each video carefully.

- Online Forum
Are you signed up to our online forum? Swift Elite customers have an option to become part of the online forum support community, join discussions on features and pick up a training tip.
The forum is not generally used for support but will lead you in the right direction.
- TriceraSoft Support Email
Send us a question, concern, or incident via email - we answer quickly and thouroughly. Be sure your email system allows the address supportagents@tricerasoft.com to receive.
- Distributors
Talk to either a sales person at the store or call one of our many other ditributors for direct support (note that support services differ amoung distributors and resellers).
- Phone Support
Phone support services are the last means, most support issues do not arrive to this point. Phone services differ from each distributor, the service is provided at the discretion of the servicesor.
