I purchased Justkaraoke after trying the demo and used it for the first time the other night at my show. I am pleased to say it worked perfectly! I had been using Sax & Dotty's and wished that it had included some much needed features, most notably a singer song history and easy to use singer rotation. Much to my surprise Just karaoke included it! No more keeping slips! The songs load fast and the interface is easy on the eyes and easy to get used to, no crazy deep menus to get lost in. All the features are laid out in an easy to use manner on the interface. What really surprised me was after finding a required changes and seeing some things that could be added, Tricerasoft support emailed me and made the fixes/changes right away. You can't ask for better support of interaction! The end result is an excellent, inexpensive, easy to use Karaoke program. Don't think the price means it has a lack of features. A must have for any KJ.

Holy crap guys and girls!!! Been a PCDJ/KJ user for years but have been a user of many of your products, especially Elite Conversion Tools and CDG RipperTM, because of your excellent CDDB database. I downloaded the trial version of Swift Elite 4 a little over a month ago and was VERY intrigued with the ability to mix not only audio but VIDEO and KARAOKE on ANY of the players coming up. After I played with the
trial version awhile I started buying and ripping some videos just to see what it would really do. I became more than intrigued with the trial results and bought my dongle. OMG! Went and bought some more videos...lol. I switched from PCDJ/KJ to Swift Elite 4 this last weekend at the club and the crowd went CRAZY. I mixed more video than I did karaoke that night (by audience request mind you), and even got
requests to build a system like mine from a couple of the visiting KJ's that were hangin' out at my show!! (BTW...How can I buy and license the software for any that I build?) Thanks for makin' ME look like a musical genius! I haven't even begun to explore all the possiblities of this software (and my whole light show IS DMX) but not quite ready to get rid of my lighting console...lol. I can go on and on
but you know you've got the BOMB in this business. I'm just a hard customer to impress and I've impressed MYSELF with the shows I did this weekend and that's really saying something. I'll definitely be your salesman in this town!! Thanks for making my job easier (and fun again).

Hi, this is Dave, our company has been out for 10 years playing for weddings, partys, etc. We have been using swift elite 3.0 and 4.0 for 3 years, great program, we have around 5000 music video's, which we run large projection screens for big shows along with advertisement video clips using the same program. Otherwise, we currently have around 40,000 total songs in the program using 3 laptops with external hard drives every weekend. I strongly recommend this program.

Thank you, I have been using your products to host shows for 4 years now. I've been hosting Karaoke shows since 1985. I first had Laser Discs, then CDG's & Dvd's now it's all digital. Over 75,000 songs without repeats. Wouldn't (couldn't) do it any other way. Thanks Tricerasoft!

I have to say that the customer support that TriceraSoft provides is the best in the business. I sent an email on a saturday and received a phone call in less than an hour of sending that email. I have used other software and it does not compare to TriceraSoft. It is easy to use and has so many functions that others can't touch. I am very pleased with the level of service I recieve from both tech support and the software itself. Thanks again for providing me with the best software on the market.

Just a little deserved feedback regarding Swift Elite 2.0 Software. I can't say enough about Swift Elite. I've been in the entertainment
business for over 30 years and finding this software has been the best purchase I
have made in my entire career. It has taken the engineering portion of what I do and virtually
eliminated it, allowing me time to do what I do best which is being the Entertainer, not to
mention expanding my capabilities in Karaoke and Video performances. Thank's so much you guys for the most professional package I have

I should also add that EVERYONE who sees our new laptop based machine is 'AWESTRUCK' ,...plain and simple. we already have customers of ours bidding to get us... thanks to this machine we're booked all 5 nights we're willing to work! I tell ya man, it rocks, no one in this town can touch my DJ or karaoke shows. I always wanted a program like this.
I remember using video tape, to do what I do now, then Laser disc, then video CD, and then DVD. I have improved my shows 1000 percent
with swift. At my shows, I always have 5-10 people come over and look at swift. they are amazed at what I can do, i.e.,
impose pictures behind the karaoke.
A major thing I do is, when they sing a song, I put the oringal artist or group behind
the words. Man they crowd just is amazed. since getting swift, I am able to pull up any song type, in a matter of 10 SEC,
and have it playing, weather its mpeg/wmv MP3+G , MP3/Wma. I run short funny clips at my shows. and man I own the people at
my shows.
In all, What I use to do, took a lot of planning and time. like looking for a disc and then finding the song,
loading the disc, setting the que points, and finally playing it. Heehaw with swift, it all takes 30 sec. and thats a
long time lol. Well, now it is. My show rating has increased folks, 1000 percent. if u are like me and love to get people
moving with the gift god gaves us DJ's. The U need ti get the Swift. Elite. Heck if u dont like it, Email me and i will
teach u how to use it. and give you ideas of just what this monster can do. Heck i just told u very little
about tricerasoft product. Man making a book was as easy as heck, 10,000 karaoke songs , 20,000 mp3's
and 15,000 music videos, all put into book fashion in less then 30 secs. I ripped 1000 cdg disc with the ripper,
and all the id tags were put in for me. All I can Say IS GO TRICERASOFT

Over the years I've purchased a lot of software, a great deal of it online.
I have to tell you that I haven't ever had as good an experience as I have had with Tricerasoft. Anytime I have had a problem or concern, or needed some help, I have always gotten incredibly fast responses and answers. And, what's more, everyone of those has been relevant and useful.
That has never happened to me before. Like most people, I've had horror-story experiences with software companies (even the big ones). Your service, your friendly treatment of your customers is simply exemplary. It is such a relief to be dealing with people who are as concerned about their customers as Tricerasoft is.
It simply isn't enough to say, "Thank you", but I will say it anyway.

I have been using Mimic Audition for about 3 years now for my karaoke shows.
I started with Mimic Audition and then went to Mimic Audition 2. The
software has helped me greatly in many ways.
The biggest way the software has helped me is I no longer have to carry all
of my CDG Discs. This lightens up my load and setup time and now my discs do
not get scratched.
Also the ability to put singers name on the big screen along with just about
any picture you can imagine is a wow factor to all the guests. With some
creativity and picture editing you can personalize every karaoke show you
have. Example would be pictures advertising for the bar specials etc.
Last but not least is the Tech support from TriceraSoft. The support I
received in the past has always been top notch. They answer questions in a
timely manner and always have the right answer.

I had been doing Karaoke for over 10 years using my 900 cdg's. Last year I
decided to look for a digital way to run my karaoke shows. I had been
using DJ Power for 2 years when I ran upon Swift Ultrlite.
I used their ripper to put all my cdg's into MP3+G . It was easy to rip all
my Karaoke music. I numbered each disc and now all I do is open up that
Number and drag the song to the play window and hit play.
This system has made my shows go smoother, faster and less hassle. Not to
mention not having to lug all those cdg's around and my space required is
ten times less.
I would recomend Tricerasoft to any KJ/DJ who wants to stop lugging their
cdg's and leave them at home next to the cd's. My back also thanks
Tricerasoft.

I have used your Wincdg Pro 2 for quit awhile now. I’m very pleased with its performance. There are a few things I would like to see it do such as being able to adjust music fades and being able to have a second KJ screen for monitoring. The other program I purchased was the Cdg RipperTM. It for me has been great.
I have recommended your products to a few of my friends and they have purchased it and are quite happy. I have no problem suggesting your products to anyone.
