Browse through the karaoke catalogue and pick your songs. You can click the checkboxes or press the picture to add songs to the Shopping Cart.  The Shopping Cart is located on the left with the total items and amount.  If you are claiming Gift Pack items, ignore the total and review the balance in the next Step.

If you are claiming a Gift Pack, enter the code with copy and paste in the field provided (  ).  Click the  button to enter the Shopping Cart Checkout page.  Review the summary and confirm the total.  If you are claiming a Gift Pack, you will find that the items will turn green.  Items that pass the Gift Pack amount will appear as normal.  Choose whether to pay by Paypal or Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard).  If you select Paypal, login and complete the payment.  Allow the payment to complete and return to the TriceraSoft site.   If you select Credit Card, complete the form and fill-in all required fields (the * marks the required fields). 

In either case, unless an error occurs, you will return to the download page with the links to download your songs.  The links are also emailed to your provided address.

Click the Download Now button, a dialog to save will appear, pick a folder location to save (DO NOT save it in a temporary location), click Save and let it finish downloading.  You have now saved a song and it is yours to play.

Download links are left open for 5 (five) days.  Keep your songs safe and if necessary make a backup of the songs to protect them and in case of lost songs you can recover them.  TriceraSoft is not responsible for lost, deleted, or corrupt songs due to hard-drive damage, loss, or third party tools and players.

How to purchase a Gift Pack:

Decide a method of payment, Paypal or Credit Card and select a Gift Pack size of your choice.  For Paypal customers, press the  button and proceed with the payment.  To order a Gift Pack press the Gift Pack candy cane, for example, the 10 Pack looks like this:

When you complete payment you will be redirected to a receipt page and the Gift Pack code will be displayed.  You are also emailed this exact receipt; therefore do not worry if you close the window.  Refer above on how to claim Gift Packs items.

How to purchase a Subscription:

Click the button of your choice depending on length of the Subscription.  Pick the month and year you want to purchase the Subscription for.  Enter a Password to use for the subscription and make sure to confirm the Password below.  Instructions are noted on each of the forms.  When you complete the form and submit, you are redirected to a receipt which outlines your information.  A subscription code starting with “SB” is provided, but your Password is not shown.

How Subscriptions work and how to check what is available:

To review the songs available during a month, visit the catalogue and click New Releases or select the “Sort by Date” option in the search and click GO.  Refer to the “Added” date noted under the Title and Artist of each song, those which hold the Year and Month of the Subscription will be the ones available for download.

Subscriptions start from the month and year selected. Back catalogue items are ONLY available via direct purchase or Gift Packs. Subscriptions allow you to download songs made available during the Month of your subscription range (the Start Month is included as the first month) covering the number of months selected - the available date of a song is noted when you view the catalogue. Download buttons will appear near each song that is under subscription and quick links to the month will appear in your subscription login box - make sure you login first. Songs can only be downloaded ONCE - after clicking the download button, the Download button changes to Done. If a NEW song becomes available throughout the month, you will be able to download it. Subscriptions purchased with future dates will allow you to download the songs when they become available. Keep a watch for new songs as they become available.

How to login to a Subscription:

Enter your Subscription code and enter the Password below.  Click Log In and the subscription will now change the page.  Quick Links will appear in the Subscription box with the valid months.  Click the Quick Link to quickly review the songs provided during that month (of that year).

How to download a Subscription song:

** Before continuing **, disable the Popup Blocker in your browser or add www.tricerasoft.com to the blocker exception list.  Browse through the catalogue or press the Quick Link to review the songs for the month (of the year) provided by the Subscription.  If you purchased a Subscription for a future date, remember that songs become available throughout the month and you may NOT see them right away.  Downloads can only be downloaded once, so be sure you unblock popups on this page.  A Download button will appear if the song is available for download.  If the song has already been downloaded the a Done indicator will appear.

You can preview the songs before downloading by clicking the Speaker.  When you click the Download button, a second window opens and will prompt you to save.  Save the file and keep it safe – it is now available on your machine to use.

* You can still collect songs in the Shopping Cart but they will not affect or combine with the Subscription.
