When you open the new ticket you will get an "Access Key" to open the ticket again. DO NOT Use the Access Key for anything except the ticket itself, it is not for any of the programs. *MOST IMPORTANT*: Always open the same ticket to continue a conversion, DO NOT open multiple tickets to continue a conversion on the same topic - you will increase our volume of tickets for no reason and you will cause us not to be able to cover your ticket and follow the information correctly (unless you like being asked the same questions over and over again!).
